Delivery

Custom garments and art prints are custom made and dispatched within 7-12 days.

Postage and handling for Australia wide is a flatrate AU$8.00 for Express Post. Please note that the custom made will still take up to 48 hours to be despatched for the Express Post delivery. The Australia Post nevertheless guarantee next day delivery within the Express Post Next Business Day Network.) If you require more information please do not hesitate to contact us using our contact form.

All orders are despatched with Australia Post. We do not hold responsibility for any loss items during shipment. No refund or replacement will be offered for items lost during shipment.

International Order: International orders are despatched using registered airmail for a flat rate AU$10 (NZ) and AU$17.95 for the rest of the world. Insurance is available upon request.

If there is any delay to your order we will contact you immediately.

Return and Exchange Policy

If for any reason you're unhappy with the items you receive, they can be returned for an exchange or refund, except for personalised items. Items must be unworn / unused and returned within 14 days of receipt. Postage and handling charges are not refundable. To return or exchange an item please contact us via email (click here) for detail of return, with the following information:

1. Order number
2. Product name
3. Reason for return
4. Return for replacement, exchange or refund

Please enclose self addressed prepaid satchel for your new items to be returned in. Alphasketti reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if items are returned used, soiled or damaged.

Damaged / faulty items: The occurrence of transit damage or faulty items is very rare indeed, and we do check our items one by one before it goes out to customers. Should it occur we will work out the best possible solution on a case-by-case basis.

For custom canvases and clothing, a proof is sent for approval. No responsibility is taken for spelling mistakes or errors once approval is given to print.

Secure Payment

With PayPal, you have option of using your PayPal account or paying securely with Visa and Mastercard without having to have any account or signing in to PayPal. By selecting "Don't have a Paypal account" at the check out, you will be able to finalise your purchase in their most secure environment using your credit card details.

In any case you will be paying on a secure, PayPal-hosted page. PayPal continually maintain and regularly validate the security of their Website Payments Standard. Alphasketti does not store any of your financial or credit card information you enter through PayPal, ensuring your security.

Direct Deposit

If you decide to pay by direct deposit, during the check out process you will be provided with our bank account information. Please note that if paying via direct deposit, your order will not be processed until the money is received in our bank account. We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we receive your payment and keep updating you with your order status.

Privacy Notice

We respect your privacy and will keep all of your personal details secure and confidential. Any information you submit is only used in order to process your order. Your personal details will not be sold, exchanged, or disclosed unless required by law.
